When you submit your property through the form, we collect: name, phone number, optional email, property address, and optional condition/timeline information. We also collect analytics data on site usage (via Microsoft Clarity) that may include session-recording and heatmap data, with PII masked.

How we use it

We use your property submission to evaluate your house and make you a cash offer. We may share it with our closing partners (title company or attorney) and affiliates involved in the purchase. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not enroll you in marketing campaigns without your consent.

How long we keep it

Submitted property information is retained for as long as you have an active inquiry with us, plus 12 months of audit retention. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale of your information. To exercise these, email eva@vlagency.co.
